This U.S. Reduce store sends drinkware and compatible accessories to addresses offered during checkout. Shipping choices, related charges, taxes and the USD order total are displayed before payment is authorized.

Preparation and transit

After a successful authorization, orders are generally prepared in 1–2 business days. Once a carrier receives the parcel, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and these estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date.

Please review the recipient name, street, apartment or unit, city, state and ZIP code before submitting an order. Tracking may be provided when available; carrier updates can take time to appear.

Delivery concerns

If tracking stops, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or goods arrive damaged, email editor23208@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and any tracking details. Keep the packaging and relevant photographs where possible.
